"Found what I needed"
They had a good selection overall, and I was able to find the pieces I needed without too much trouble. I do wish things were a little easier to sort through, since it took me a bit longer than expected. Still, I’m glad they had what I was looking for and I’d probably check here again...

It got here in one piece, so no complaints there. It just took a bit longer than I was expecting, though I’m not totally sure if that was on the carrier or something else.

"packed really well"
my plates arrived in perfect shape. the box had plenty of padding, and nothing was shifting around inside. i was a little nervous ordering them, but the packaging was really solid.

I thought the prices were reasonable for the individual pieces I needed, especially compared to replacing the whole set. A couple items were a little more than I expected, and the shipping added a few extra dollars, but it still felt like a good value overall. The site was simple enough to navigate, and the dish showed up well packed with no chips or cracks. I’d use them again

I did end up finding what I needed, but the website felt kind of dated and a bit slow to get through. "I sent my order back the whole..."
I sent my order back the whole thing turned into a headache. The tracking showed it had been delivered, but every time I reached out, support just told me to wait a few more days with no real update. I felt completely left in the dark the whole time. The refund finally showed up way later than they said it would, and it was less than expected because of fees I wasn’t aware of. I won’t be ordering from replacements.com again.

"Close match, but not quite the same"
I used replacements.com to track down a few plates from an old set I’ve had for years. The pattern match got close, close enough that I thought it was probably right, but when one of the plates arrived, the trim wasn’t actually the same.

Customer service was fine, and the return process wasn’t a big hassle or anything. I just wish the photos or matching details had been a little clearer. Not a terrible experience, just... a bit mixed overall.

"Super quick help with my order"
I emailed about a replacement plate not expecting to hear back anytime soon, but they replied way faster than I thought they would and actually answered my exact question without sending me in circles or making me explain it three different ways.

The person who helped me was really friendly, kept everything simple, and got my order sorted out the same day, so yeah, it was just an easy, painless experience and definitely 5 stars from me
